By enrolling in any course on Clara Excel Academy, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Payment & Refund Policy
- All course purchases are non-refundable once payment has been completed. This includes single courses and bundles.
- By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course outline and preview videos and are satisfied with what you are buying.
- If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access (e.g. video won't load, locked account), please WhatsApp Clara at +60 11-6189 8230 — we'll always help, but this is support, not a refund window.
- HitPay handles all payment processing securely. Clara Excel Academy does not store your credit card or bank details.
2. Course Access
- You receive lifetime access to the course content you have purchased.
- Access is granted to one individual account — sharing your login with another person is a violation of these terms.
- Clara Excel Academy reserves the right to revoke access if account sharing, reselling, or abuse is detected.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
- All course videos, PDF notes, Excel exercise files, slide decks, and certificates remain the exclusive property of Clara Excel Academy.
- You may download materials for your own personal learning and reference only.
- You may NOT redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to other websites, or share course materials with any third party.
- Recording, screenshotting, or transcribing course content for distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized use is a copyright violation and may result in legal action.
4. Certificates
- Certificates are issued automatically after passing the course exam at 80% or above.
- Certificates are personal to the student named on them and are not transferable.
- Please download your certificate within 30 days of issue — due to storage limits, certificates may be removed from our servers after this period. WhatsApp Clara if you miss the window and need a reissue.
- Misrepresenting a certificate (e.g. listing one on LinkedIn for a course you did not actually pass) is grounds for revocation.
5. Community Conduct
- Be respectful to Clara and your classmates in lesson comments, WhatsApp groups, and any other community space.
- Spam, advertising, harassment, or off-topic content may be removed at the moderators' discretion. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.
6. Changes to These Terms
- Clara Excel Academy may update these terms from time to time. The current version is shown at the top of this page.
- Material changes will be communicated by email and on the website. Continued use after a change implies acceptance of the new terms.
